Acting as the data controller pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law with No. 6698 ("Law"), Av. Lerzan Nalbantoğlu ("DL Attorneys at Law") processes your personal data with due care and sensitivity within the scope of the legal services we offer to you. In this context, we would like to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, with whom it can be shared, the method of collecting your data and your legal rights.

1.      Purposes of Processing Personal Data

As DL Attorneys at Law, your identity and contact personal data that you share with us, your process security data if you visit our website, and your physical space security data if you visit our office, are processed limited to the following services or activities in order for DL Attorneys at Law to provide its services in the best way:

• Processing the shareholders/officials/contacts/employees of our client/corporate clients’ personal data within the scope of carrying out the processes related to the legal services offered by DL Attorneys at Law, the services provided and the establishment of a proxy relationship with our clients,
• Conducting negotiations regarding the legal services to be provided by DL Attorneys at Law, negotiating these requests and carrying out business development activities,

• Execution of contract, finance and accounting processes,
• In connection with the legal services offered to clients, obtaining opinions from experts, procuring products/services from third parties,
• Informing clients about legislation and current developments,
• Execution of internal control, audit, review and reporting processes,
• Organizing online and offline meetings, trainings and announcing events attended by DL Attorneys at Law,
• Managing client relations and improving and developing business processes in this context, conducting analysis, reporting and such works,
• If you visit our office, creating visitor records, ensuring the security of our office and taking camera recordings in order to ensure physical space security,
• Ensuring the security and continuity of information systems within the scope of data security,
• If you visit our website, keeping your traffic information records in accordance with the law numbered 5651,
• Fulfillment of the demands of official institutions and organizations,
• Carrying out storage and archiving activities,
• Carrying out the activities in accordance with the legislation, especially the Attorneyship Law with No. 1136, and ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures of the DL Attorneys at Law.

2.      Transfer of Personal Data

Your collected personal data are transferred limited to the purposes described in the first article of this privacy notice and the reasons that require transfer within the scope of the relevant legal regulations. In accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation, if necessary and requested, it can be transferred to official institutions and organizations, to suppliers from whom we receive information security and technology services, accounting services, to the building management where our office is located if you visit our office, and to companies in the country and abroad where DL Attorneys at Law is providing its services.

Your personal data, within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes and in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law, are processed based on these legal grounds if it is expressly provided for by the laws, if it is necessary for the establishment and performance of the contract, for the fulfillment of the legal obligations of  us, if it has been made public by you, and if it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject for DL Attorneys at Law’s legitimate interests. It is collected automatically or non-automatically and by the following methods:
